The Feist Team Construction knows what it’s like to live in a space that doesn’t work for you.  You’ve likely known for some time that the work needs done, but for one reason or another it just gets put off.

We’re Shane and Kaelyn Feist, a father and daughter team like no other.  Since Kaelyn was about 5 years old, she’s been by Shane’s side working on countless construction projects doing full rehabs on houses our family had invested in to flip for a profit.

 

Needless to say, our almost 2 decades of real estate investing translates to a plethora of knowledge and a skillset that goes well beyond what most companies will ever be able to achieve.

 

It has always been Kaelyn’s dream to run a business and as Shane gets “older” he realizes just how important it is to be able to leave a legacy for his children.  Going into business together has paired her dream and mechanical gifts with his abundance of experience and desire to leave her with an incredible legacy.
